To make purchases on the Site, you must provide personal details, including your real name, phone number, email address, and other requested information. You must also provide valid and correct payment details, confirming that you are the person referred to in the billing information. The Site is available only to individuals who meet I-VIO’s eligibility criteria, have a valid credit/debit card from a bank acceptable to I-VIO, and authorise I-VIO to charge their credit/debit card for the total purchase price. Products purchased are for personal or gift use only and should not be resold or used for commercial purposes. I-VIO may limit the quantity of items shipped to any one customer or address.

By making an offer to purchase merchandise, you authorise us to perform credit checks and, if necessary, to transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties, including your credit/debit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, validate your credit/debit card, obtain an initial authorization, and authorise individual transactions. Additionally, you agree that we may use the Personal Information you provide to conduct anti-fraud checks. This information may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of it. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how we use your data.

To place an order, add items to your shopping bag, enter your billing/shipping address, select your delivery option, and choose your payment method to complete your purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. I-VIO offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre. Occasionally, we may await shipments from our designer suppliers, allowing you to make an Advance Payment for certain items, securing your priority once stock arrives. We only accept Advance Purchase orders for stock scheduled for delivery by a designer supplier. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as for any other purchase at I-VIO. Alternatively, you can register your email address for notifications when selected merchandise is back in stock.

Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to fulfil Advance Payment orders, giving priority to these customers over those on the Waiting List or ordering for immediate delivery. We may be unable to deliver selected Advance Payment merchandise due to production issues or quality checks. In such cases, we will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit/debit card within thirty days. If you registered your email for notification of a specific product’s arrival, we will attempt to notify you within 48 hours of it becoming available on the Site. Note that high-demand products may sell out quickly. I-VIO will store a record of your transactions for at least one year.

Prices on the Site are in GBP and inclusive of VAT unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable, as indicated on the Site. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised. The GBP price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent error. Prices may change due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, markdowns, and other commercial factors. The applicable price will be the one current at the time your order is accepted. Customers from countries served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax, included in the final purchase price. If your credit/debit card is not denominated in GBP, the final price will be calculated according to the exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

I-VIO offers a Sale Price Adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days before a sale starts. The exact style and size of the item must be available for purchase when your request is made. Approved Sale Price Adjustments will be credited to your I-VIO account as a store credit, valid for 12 months. We do not offer price adjustments on items originally purchased in a sale or on special promotion items temporarily reduced in price. Once an item is purchased at a discounted price, no further price adjustment will be offered.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. On the confirmation page of your order, you will see an order summary including each product, the price (including all applicable fees and taxes), and the cost of shipping. Your order is an irrevocable offer to buy the products. Before proceeding, please review the order details and correct any errors. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and I-VIO will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The contract will be finalised in English. Neither our third-party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of I-VIO.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, the item ordered is out of stock, does not meet our quality control standards, is withdrawn, or you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the Terms of Service.

We may also refuse to process and accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time if the transaction or service does not comply with our business policy, or if there are reports or suspicions of fraudulent or illegal activity. In these events, we will not be liable for refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any merchandise from the Site, removing, screening, or editing any materials or content on the Site. We reserve the right not to accept orders from users acting for commercial and professional purposes.

While we make every effort to ensure details on our Site are accurate, we may occasionally discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover a patent error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to accept or fulfill an order for a product advertised at an incorrect price, provided the error was recognizable, and reserve the right to cancel such an order. If you order a product that is incorrectly priced, we will email or call you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund the full amount as soon as possible. If products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, JCB cards, and other methods clearly advertised on the Site. You can also pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, or Klarna. Once the transaction is complete, you will return to I-VIO.COM. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by I-VIO. You confirm that the credit/debit card used is yours or that you have been authorised by the card owner to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to I-VIO, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details. If you are a registered I-VIO user, we will securely store your credit/debit card details on our systems, fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions you initiate.

To ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure, I-VIO uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Promotion codes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. They cannot be used with any other promotion code or offers and must be redeemed by the published date, if provided.

I-VIO insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you specify a recipient who is not you for delivery (e.g., as a gift), you accept that a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by I-VIO, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you provided.

Our nominated courier can deliver to certain destinations without collecting a signature. If this option applies to your address, you may select the signature opt-out at checkout. Otherwise, the signature requirement will be set by default. You can update your preference on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase. If no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and confirm that I-VIO can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the provided shipping address without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery. If no signature is collected, you take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. Occasionally, our nominated courier may refuse to deliver your order if they deem the shipping address to be unsafe.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours or 48 hours during sale periods. Delivery times on the Site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only, starting from the date of dispatch. We will deliver the goods within 30 days of accepting your order. I-VIO is not responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

If delivery is delayed by an event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the delay. We will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.
